Cipher Wave PROTerms & licence

These terms apply when you buy Cipher Wave PRO (the "Script"), a TradingView Pine Script indicator sold by Cipher Wave Live. Payment, invoicing and taxes are handled by Stripe as merchant of record (Stripe Managed Payments), whose own terms also apply to the purchase.
Licence
- You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Script on your own TradingView account(s).
- You may change the Script for your own use.
- You may not sell, share, give away, publish (including as a public or invite-only script on TradingView) or otherwise distribute the Script or any modified version of it.
- Screenshots and videos of your charts with the Script are welcome.
Delivery and updates
The Script is delivered as a download right after payment. Updates of the purchased version are free and are made available on the same download page. If you lose the link, email [email protected] with your receipt.
Refunds
The Script is digital content delivered immediately. By downloading it you agree that delivery starts at once, and there are no refunds once the file has been downloaded, except where the law requires otherwise. If the download does not work, contact us and we will fix it.
No warranty
The Script is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It is a charting tool and gives no investment, financial or trading advice. We are not liable for any trading losses or other damages arising from its use, to the extent the law allows. See the disclaimer.

TradingView is a trademark of TradingView, Inc. The Script is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TradingView. The waves use the public WaveTrend formula by LazyBear.
